What are activity and rewards points?
The P.R. Social Club contains a reservation system internally known as the "Rewards Catalog" found on bethererewards.com; through which members reserve use of Entertainment Time and Entertainment Partner Inventory.
Each entertainment partner provides unique experiences for P.R. Social Club members either regularly or as off events; each event has alloted per person space for P.R. Social Club members and is considered Entertainment Partner inventory.
Participation in the Rewards Catalog by a P.R. Social Club Lifestyle Owner is by way of his/her membership on bethererewards.com. BeThererewards.com uses a deposit system. P.R. Social Club receives a P.R. Social Club lifestyle owner's reservation request from the rewards catalog, which deposits Entertainment Time into the Entertainment Partner on behalf of the P.R. Social Club lifestyle owner, allowing the P.R. Social Club Lifestyle owner access to the affiliated entertainment partner.
The Entertainment Time Deposited by the P.R. Social Club on behalf of such P.R. Social Club Lifestyle Owners is allocated an ACTIVITY/REWARDS Points value usable to seek Reservations, as set forth in the then-current Rewards Catalog which is found at bethererewards.com. Reservation point values are designated by the Entertainment Partner and the P.R. Social Club.
Participation in bethererewards.com is voluntary. The rights of membership and terms of sich memberships may vary between Members.
The Deposit of Entertainment Time and availability of ACTIVITY/REWARDS Points to a Member does not relieve a Member's obligation to pay any maintenance fees, assessments, taxes or similar charges or fees imposed by any local, state or federal entity (or its equivalent if the entertainment partner is in a foreign country) or similar charges or fees relating to such User's Entertainment Time, by whomsoever levied.
BeThereRewards.com privileges may be suspended, among other reasons, if User's billing period elapses without renewal or similar charges have not been paid when due. Special charges, gratuities, user fees or government taxes that may not be required by the P.R. Social Club may be charged to the User or guest by an Entertainment Partner at which that User obtains a Reservation for the User or guest. If so, it is the User's or guest's obligation to pay those charges, fees or taxes, and not the obligation of the P.R. Social Club, BeThereRewards, or any Entertainment Partner.
The P.R. Social Club also reserves the right to offer additional benefits to Members in echange of the Entertainment Time Deposited or otherwise. Such additional benefits, which may be identified from time to time by the P.R. Social Club, include, but are not limited to, cruises or other accomodations, products or services. Additional benefits so offfered may periodically change at the P.R. Social Club's sole discrection. In addition, P.R. Social Club does not guarantee that any specific additional benefit will be available to Members, or, if made available, will remain available for any period of time.
