How often should I change my password?

To help ensure your account remains secure, it is a good idea to change your password on a regular basis. New passwords must meet the following requirements:

1. It must be between 6 and 20 characters long.
2. It must be contain at least one number and at least one letter. 
3. It may not be the same as your User Name, Member Number or Billing   Number.
4. It is cAse sEnsitiVe.
