How do I ensure I receive e-mail communications from the P.R. Social Club?

To help ensure you receive e-mails from the P.R. Social Club, you should add the following e-mail addresses to your e-mail safe list:

rewards.postmaster@bethererewards.com
do_not_reply@bethereondemand.com
do_not_reply@prsocialclub.com
onlinenewsletter@bethererewards.com
LIVE.Concerts@p3nlh172.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net

For more information about how to add these e-mail addresses to your safe list, please find your e-mail provider below.  You will have to follow these steps for each address.

AOL (version 9 or higher)

1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
2. In the pop up box, click the Add button.
3. In the “Other E-mail” field, type the e-mail address you would like to add.
4. Make the address the “Primary E-mail” address by checking the associated check box.
5. Click the save button.
6. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

AOL (version 8)

1. In your Inbox, click on the Mail Options arrow.
2. Click on Address Book, and another screen will pop up.
3. Click on the add contact button, and type the e-mail address you would like to add.
4. Click the save button.
5. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

Gmail

1. Click Contacts along the theft side of any Gmail page.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. In the primary e-mail address box, type the e-mail address you would like to add.
4. Click Save.
5. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

Hotmail

1. Log on and click the Mail tab to get into your mailbox.
2. Click Options (it's over at the top right, next to Help).
3. Click Junk e-Mail Protection.
4. Select Safe List.
5. In the space provided, enter one of the addresses above.
6. Click Add.
7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.
8. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

McAfee Spamkiller

1. Click the Friends tab.
2. Click E-mail Address tab.
3. Click the down arrow to view your Personal Friends List.
4. Along the right side choose Add A Friend.
5. In the Address box, enter the e-mail address you would like to add.
6. Click Save.

MSN

1. Click Help & Settings.
2. Click E-mail Settings.
3. Click on Safe List.
4. In Add An Item to this list, enter the e-mail address you would like to add.
5. Click Add.
6. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

Norton AntiSpam

1. Start up Norton AntiSpam.
2. Click on the Status & Settings tab.
3. Click AntiSpam.
4. Click Configure.
5. Click Allowed List tab.
6. Click Add button.
7. In the E-mail Address box, enter the e-mail address you would like to add.
8. Click OK.
9. Click OK.
10. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

Outlook 2003

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
4. In the Add Address, type the e-mail address you would like to add.
5. Click OK.
6. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.

Yahoo!

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
2. Click Mail Options.
3. Click Filters.
4. Next, click Add Filter.
5. In the Filter Name box type the P.R. Social Club.
6. In the top row, labeled “From header,” make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
7. Click on the text box next to that pull-down menu, and then enter the e-mail address you would like to add.
8. At the bottom, where it says “Move the message to:” select “Inbox” from the pull-down menu.
9. Click the Add Filter button again.
10. Repeat for the other 2 e-mail addresses listed above.
