Is there a cancellation fee? What's the refund policy?

For all events, occassions, and experiences our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If a reservation is cancelled prior to the posted reservation deadline, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total activity point amount.
  • If a reservation is cancelled after the posted reservation deadline for any particular event, occassion, or experiences, no refund will be made for any part of the activity point amount.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures. The entertainment partner is not authorized to make any exceptions.
